Prototype information
Privacy, made clear.
This is a local review prototype, not the launched Whisker9 storefront. The information below describes the features in this preview.
The demonstration email field
The email field demonstrates validation and feedback only. Submitting it does not register you for updates, send your address to Klaviyo, or save it in a database, cookie, or browser storage.
Text entered into that field exists only in the current page’s temporary state. Use a fictional address when testing the preview.
Local review-cart storage
When local commerce review is enabled, adding an item stores a first-party, HTTP-only review-cart cookie for up to one hour. It contains only the selected offer identifiers and quantities, not your name, email, address or payment information. The normal closed preview does not create this cookie.
No purchases or accounts
Purchasing and account features are disabled in this prototype. It does not request payment details or a delivery address.
Links outside this preview
Research links open external websites with their own privacy practices. Clicking an email contact link opens your email application; sending an email is a separate action you choose to take.
Before launch
A production privacy notice will need to describe the actual services, data handling, and choices in place before email capture or commerce is enabled.
